Customers can cancel their service request within 24 hours of placing the order. For AMC plans, cancellation is subject to the terms of the specific contract.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days if the service cannot be provided due to technical reasons or if the cancellation is made within the permitted timeframe.
Installation charges and hardware costs are non-refundable once the installation has been completed and verified by the customer.
